Addiction Foods 上海办公室正在招募积极主动、细心负责的实习生。你将参与实际业务，在市场营销、电商运营及销售行政工作中积累实践经验。

Interested in how a pet food brand promotes its products, runs its e-commerce business and supports its sales team?

Addiction Foods is looking for proactive, detail-oriented interns to join our Shanghai office. You will gain practical experience through real assignments across marketing, e-commerce and sales administration.

你将参与的工作 | What You’ll Do:

市场营销支持 | Marketing Support:

协助整理和更新品牌介绍、产品资料及推广内容。
Help prepare and update brand presentations, product information and promotional content.
支持社交媒体内容准备、市场调研及竞品信息收集。
Support social media content preparation, market research and competitor tracking.
协助筹备市场活动、展会及产品推广项目。
Assist with marketing activities, trade shows and product promotions.

电商运营支持 | E-commerce Support:

协助更新产品页面、商品信息及促销资料。
Help update product listings, product information and promotional materials.
整理销售数据、活动数据及客户反馈。
Compile sales data, campaign results and customer feedback.
协助日常店铺运营及跨团队沟通。
Assist with daily online store operations and coordination across teams.

销售行政支持 | Sales Administration Support:

协助整理销售订单、客户资料及业务文件。
Help organize sales orders, customer records and business documents.
更新销售报表，跟进样品寄送及相关行政事项。
Update sales reports and track sample deliveries and related administrative tasks.
协助销售团队进行内部协调及日常事务跟进。
Support internal coordination and follow-up for the sales team.

具体工作将根据业务需要、个人能力及学习目标安排。
Assignments will depend on business needs, individual capabilities and learning goals.

我们希望你具备 | What We’re Looking For:

在校大学生，市场营销、电子商务、工商管理、传媒或相关专业优先。
Currently pursuing a university degree, preferably in Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
具备良好的中文读写及沟通能力；具备基础英语读写能力。
Good written and spoken Chinese, with basic English reading and writing skills.
熟悉 Excel、Word 和 PowerPoint 等常用办公软件。
Familiar with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other common office tools.
做事细心、有条理，愿意学习并主动跟进任务。
Organized, attentive to detail and willing to learn and follow through on tasks.
对市场营销、电商或销售支持工作感兴趣。
Interested in marketing, e-commerce or sales support.
能够到上海办公室现场实习。
Available to work on-site at our Shanghai office.

加分项： 有电商平台、社交媒体、内容制作或 AI 办公工具使用经验；对宠物行业感兴趣。
A plus: Experience with e-commerce platforms, social media, content creation or AI productivity tools, and an interest in the pet industry.
