Addiction Foods is looking for experienced Area Sales Managers to drive sales growth, distributor development, and market expansion across China.

What You’ll Do | 主要职责:

Develop and manage distributors within your assigned territory.
开发并管理所负责区域的经销商。
Acquire new customers and expand into new cities and sales channels.
开发新客户，并拓展新的城市及销售渠道。
Manage key accounts and build strong customer relationships.
管理重点客户并建立长期客户关系。
Achieve sales targets and drive sell-in and sell-through.
完成销售目标，推动进货及终端销售。
Conduct regular distributor, customer, and market visits.
定期拜访经销商、客户及市场。
Monitor sales, inventory, competitors, and market opportunities.
跟踪销售、库存、竞争对手及市场机会。

What We’re Looking For | 任职要求:

5+ years of sales or business development experience.
5年以上销售或业务拓展经验。
2+ years in FMCG, pet food, pet care, consumer goods, food, or related industries.
2年以上快消品、宠物食品、宠物护理、消费品、食品或相关行业经验。
Strong distributor development and management experience.
具备较强的经销商开发及管理经验。
Proven success in new customer acquisition and territory development.
具备成功的新客户开发及区域市场拓展经验。
Strong negotiation and account-management skills.
具备良好的商务谈判及客户管理能力。
Fluent Mandarin Chinese and good business English.
普通话流利，并具备良好的商务英语能力。
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
能够接受所负责区域内的频繁出差。

Strong Advantage | 优先考虑: Experience in pet food/pet care and an existing network of distributors, pet retailers, or relevant customers.
具有宠物食品/宠物护理行业经验，以及现有经销商、宠物零售商或相关客户资源者优先。
