About the Role | 职位概述:
We are looking for a strong and commercially driven Country Manager (Sales & Operations) to lead our China business. This role is responsible for overall business performance, including P&L management, sales growth, operational excellence, and team leadership. As the key leader for the China market, you will translate regional and global business goals into local execution while representing market needs, consumer insights, and competitive realities back to headquarters.

Key Responsibilities | 主要职责:
Drive Business Strategy and Local Market Execution | 推动业务战略与本地市场落地:
- Translate global and APAC business goals into clear, localized strategies for the China market.
- Act as the voice of the China market by providing insights on consumers, regulations, and competition.
- Ensure local execution is aligned with regional priorities and growth plans.
- 将全球及亚太区业务目标转化为适合中国市场的本地化策略.
- 作为中国市场的代表,及时反馈消费者趋势、法规变化及竞争动态.
- 确保本地执行与区域增长目标和战略方向保持一致.
Lead Sales Growth and Full P&L Ownership | 负责销售增长与全面损益管理:
- Take full accountability for the China business unit’s revenue, profitability, and EBITDA performance.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
- Lead strategic commercial discussions with distributors, key accounts, retail partners, and e-commerce platforms.
- Drive market expansion and strengthen omnichannel growth across direct, wholesale, and digital channels.
- 全面负责中国业务单元的收入、盈利能力及 EBITDA 表现.
- 制定并管理年度预算、预测及成本控制措施.
- 主导与经销商、大客户、零售伙伴及电商平台的战略商务合作.

Oversee End-to-End Operations and Administration | 统筹端到端运营与行政管理:
- Oversee local supply chain, warehousing, 3PL coordination, and customs compliance.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and resolve critical operational bottlenecks quickly.
- Lead the local admin function to support a stable, efficient, and compliant business environment.
- 统筹本地供应链、仓储、第三方物流合作及清关合规工作.
- 确保日常运营顺畅,并快速解决关键运营问题.
- 管理本地行政职能,保障业务环境高效、稳定且合规.
Build and Lead a High-Performing Team | 搭建并带领高绩效团队:
- Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Admin.
- Strengthen team capability, accountability, and execution discipline.
- Foster a collaborative culture built on growth mindset, resilience, and customer centricity.

What We’re Looking For | 任职要求:
Education and Experience | 教育背景与工作经验:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- At least 10 years of leadership experience in sales and operations.
- Proven success in the pet food or FMCG industry in China.
- Strong experience managing both commercial and operational functions.
- 本科及以上学历,工商管理、市场营销或相关专业优先,MBA 更佳.
- 具备 10年以上销售与运营管理经验.
- 具备中国 宠物食品行业 或 快速消费品行业 的成功管理经验.
- 拥有同时管理商业与运营职能的成熟经验.

- Strong P&L management, budgeting, and financial forecasting skills.
- Solid understanding of supply chain, logistics, and business operations.
- Experience in omnichannel sales management across direct, wholesale, and e-commerce.

- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
