Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on, commercially driven E-commerce Account Manager to own the end-to-end e-commerce operations for Taiwan and China cross-border channels. This role is responsible for daily platform operations, product listing management, pricing, promotions, inventory coordination, campaign execution, order flow monitoring, marketplace performance analysis, and cross-functional alignment.

The ideal candidate has strong experience managing Taiwan e-commerce platforms such as Shopee Taiwan, momo, PChome, and other relevant local channels, while also understanding Amazon marketplace operations including listing management, content optimization, stock planning, promotions, account health, and performance tracking. This role requires a candidate who is fluent in Chinese and English, highly detail-oriented, commercially sharp, and confident in driving execution from planning through post-campaign review.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Platform Operations:
  • Own the day-to-day operations of Taiwan and China e-commerce channels and Amazon accounts.
  • Manage product listings, assortment, content, pricing, promotions, and platform hygiene to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor stock availability, inventory movement, replenishment needs, and sell-through performance across platforms.
  • Ensure product pages are complete, localized, and optimized to support traffic and conversion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth order flow and marketplace execution.
Marketplace & Account Management:
  • Manage key Taiwan marketplace accounts including platform updates, submissions, campaign participation, and issue resolution.
  • Handle Amazon marketplace operations including Seller Central management, listing updates, promotional setup, catalog maintenance, and account performance monitoring.
  • Track and resolve operational issues related to listing suppression, stock-outs, order exceptions, penalties, returns, or customer complaints.
  • Maintain strong execution discipline across platform requirements, timelines, and service standards.
Campaign Planning & Execution:
  • Plan and execute platform campaigns, promotional events, store activities, and seasonal activations aligned with business targets.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on product selection, pricing strategy, content readiness, stock support, and campaign mechanics.
  • Work closely with platform contacts or agencies to maximize visibility, conversion, and return on promotional investment.
  • Conduct campaign reviews and recommend improvements based on sales, traffic, conversion, and operational outcomes.
Performance Monitoring & Commercial Analysis:
  • Monitor key e-commerce KPIs including sales, GMV, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROI, stock cover, and account health metrics.
  • Analyze marketplace, campaign, and product performance to identify risks, gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports with clear recommendations on sales improvement, assortment actions, pricing adjustments, and operational priorities.
  • Use data and market insights to improve platform efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, customer service, finance, and design/content teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Align campaign timing, stock readiness, product launches, and promotional support across channels.
  • Support issue escalation and follow-through to ensure fast resolution of operational or commercial problems.
  • Help build stronger operating processes, reporting discipline, and execution standards across the e-commerce business.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on e-commerce experience, with strong ownership of marketplace operations.
  • Solid experience managing Taiwan e-commerce platforms such as Shopee Taiwan, momo, PChome, and/or similar channels.
  • Experience managing Amazon marketplace operations, ideally including listings, promotions, catalog management, stock coordination, and Seller Central performance tracking.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end e-commerce operations, from product setup and campaign execution to fulfillment coordination and post-campaign review.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence using Excel, platform dashboards, and performance reports.
  • Strong project management and execution capability, with close attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English; able to manage Chinese-language platform communication, content coordination, and cross-functional discussions.
  • Experience in cross-border e-commerce, digital merchandising, or marketplace advertising is an advantage.
