About the Role | 职位简介
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager to manage financial transactions and accounting activities for our China and Taiwan operations.
The role requires someone who can independently handle day-to-day finance activities, ensure accurate financial records, support month-end closing and reporting, and work closely with internal stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities | 主要职责:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions for China and Taiwan, including AP, AR, GL, reimbursements and intercompany transactions.
负责中国及台湾地区的日常财务交易，包括应付账款、应收账款、总账、费用报销及关联公司交易。 - Handle and review month-end and year-end closing activities.
负责并审核月度及年度结账工作。 - Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, account schedules and supporting documentation.
编制资产负债表对账、科目明细及相关支持文件。 - Prepare and analyse monthly financial and management reports.
编制并分析月度财务及管理报告。 - Review expenses, payments, invoices and accounting entries to ensure accuracy and proper supporting documentation.
审核费用、付款、发票及会计凭证，确保数据准确并具备完整支持文件。 - Monitor cash flow, bank transactions and working capital requirements.
监控现金流、银行交易及营运资金情况。 - Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions between China, Taiwan and other group entities.
管理并核对中国、台湾及集团其他公司之间的关联交易。 - Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
支持预算、预测及差异分析工作。 - Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, banks and government-related service providers when required.
根据需要与外部会计师、审计师、税务顾问、银行及相关服务机构进行协调。 - Support local tax, audit and statutory compliance requirements for China and Taiwan.
支持中国及台湾地区的税务、审计及法定合规工作。 - Identify opportunities to strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes.
识别并推动内部控制及财务流程改进机会。 - Work closely with regional and Group Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
与区域及集团财务团队紧密合作，确保财务报告及时、准确。
What We’re Looking For | 任职要求:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
会计、财务或相关专业本科及以上学历。 - At least 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, with solid hands-on experience in financial transactions and reporting.
至少 5年相关会计及财务工作经验，具备扎实的财务交易处理及财务报告实操经验。 - Strong knowledge of AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, month-end closing and financial reporting.
熟悉应付、应收、总账、对账、月度结账及财务报告。 - Experience handling China financial transactions and accounting requirements. Experience supporting Taiwan is highly preferred.
具备中国财务交易及会计工作经验；有台湾地区财务支持经验者优先。 - Experience with SAP or another major ERP system is preferred.
有 SAP或其他主流ERP系统使用经验者优先。 - Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
熟练使用Excel，并具备良好的财务分析能力。 - Good understanding of financial controls and compliance requirements.
熟悉财务内部控制及合规要求。 - Fluent Chinese and good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
中文流利，并具备良好的英文书面及口头沟通能力。 - Able to work independently, take ownership and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
能够独立工作、主动承担责任，并在较少监督的情况下有效管理工作重点。 - Detail-oriented, organised and able to meet reporting deadlines.
工作细致、有条理，并能按时完成财务报告及相关工作。
Preferred | 优先考虑:
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent.
持有 CPA、ACCA、CMA或同等专业资格者优先。 - Experience working in a multinational, FMCG, food, manufacturing or consumer goods company.
有跨国企业、快消品、食品、制造业或消费品行业经验者优先。 - Experience supporting multiple legal entities or cross-border finance operations.
有多法人实体或跨境财务管理经验者优先。
