Growth Lead – E-Commerce D2C & Performance Marketing
Addiction Foods is hiring a Growth Lead – E-Commerce to scale our direct-to-consumer business across multiple international markets.

This is a high-impact commercial role for someone who can drive revenue growth, improve customer acquisition efficiency, and build profitable D2C growth systems across markets such as Singapore, New Zealand, China, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Taiwan.

This is not a traditional e-commerce manager role. We are looking for someone who can act like a mini-CEO for D2C. You will own growth, performance, conversion, retention, subscription opportunities, and profitability across our online channels.

About the Role
The Growth Lead – E-Commerce will be responsible for scaling our D2C business through paid acquisition, conversion optimisation, promotions, customer retention, subscription models, pricing, bundling, and performance analytics.

You will lead a lean team and work closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, Supply Chain, and E-Commerce stakeholders to ensure that growth is fast, measurable, and profitable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own D2C revenue growth across multiple markets and channels.
  • Lead growth strategies across paid media, conversion optimisation, retention, subscription, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage and optimise key commercial metrics such as CAC, AOV, contribution margin, payback period, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Oversee performance marketing across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Build and manage a fast testing rhythm for creatives, audiences, offers, pricing, bundles, and landing pages.
  • Use data dashboards and BI tools to review performance and make clear decisions on what to scale, stop, or improve.
  • Identify high-margin SKUs, market-specific offers, and campaign opportunities that increase profitability.
  • Use AI and automation tools to improve reporting, creative production, workflow efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Lead a lean team with clear KPIs, accountability, and fast execution.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, Supply Chain, and E-Commerce teams to align campaigns, inventory, margin, and customer demand.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 5 to 8+ years of experience in e-commerce, growth marketing, performance marketing, or D2C commercial growth.
  • Proven experience scaling an e-commerce or D2C business.
  • Strong hands-on understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, conversion funnels, attribution, and performance analytics.
  • Strong commercial understanding of CAC, AOV, ROAS, LTV, payback period, contribution margin, and profitability.
  • Experience working across multiple markets or international e-commerce channels is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable using dashboards, BI tools, and performance reports to make business decisions.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate in a lean, fast-moving environment.
  • Interest in using AI and automation to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Able to balance revenue growth with profitability and brand positioning.

What Success Looks Like
In the first 6 months, you will help establish clear visibility on CAC, payback, profitability, AOV, subscription performance, and growth opportunities across markets. You will build a structured weekly growth cadence, improve campaign testing velocity, and develop a scalable playbook for D2C growth.
