We’re Hiring: HR Business Partner – General HR

Addiction Foods is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle while partnering with managers to strengthen people management, performance, compliance, and employee experience.

This is a generalist HRBP role suited to someone who can balance day-to-day HR operations with practical business partnering.

What You’ll Do:
  • Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and people issues.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, performance reviews, employee movements, and offboarding.
  • Ensure HR practices, policies, and documentation are implemented consistently and in compliance with applicable requirements.
  • Support payroll coordination, attendance, leave, benefits, and employee records.
  • Coach managers on handling performance, conduct, attendance, and employee concerns.
  • Support recruitment and manpower planning when required.
  • Coordinate employee engagement, HR communications, and organizational initiatives.
  • Monitor HR data and identify people trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Drive practical improvements in HR processes, systems, and manager accountability.

Must-Haves:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive general HR experience, with strong exposure to multiple HR functions.
  • Hands-on experience in employee relations, performance management, HR operations, payroll coordination, and HR compliance.
  • Experience partnering directly with managers and department heads.
  • Strong knowledge of employment policies, HR documentation, and disciplinary/performance processes.
  • Strong communication, judgment, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Able to work independently, handle confidential matters, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS and Microsoft Office/Excel.

Experience in a multinational, FMCG, manufacturing, or fast-paced organization will be an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is practical, hands-on, and comfortable moving between operational HR work and business partnering to help managers make better people decisions.
