About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist with solid experience across core HR functions and practical exposure to HR technology, AI tools, and workflow automation.

This role will support day-to-day HR operations while helping the HR team improve efficiency through AI-enabled automation, HRIS enhancements, digital workflows, and process improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage core HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee changes, leave, attendance, documentation, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, benefits, and other HR operational requirements.
  • Review existing HR processes and identify opportunities to reduce manual and repetitive work.
  • Support or lead HR automation and digital transformation projects.
  • Build or implement AI-enabled workflows for HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, employee queries, reporting, document preparation, and HR administration.
  • Use AI tools to improve productivity, data analysis, reporting, communication, and HR service delivery.
  • Support automation of forms, approvals, notifications, dashboards, and employee self-service processes.
  • Participate in HRIS implementation, system enhancements, testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing.
  • Work with HR, IT, Finance, vendors, and other stakeholders on automation and system improvement projects.
  • Create SOPs, process maps, user guides, and training materials for new HR systems and automated workflows.
  • Monitor automated processes and recommend continuous improvements.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Information Systems, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of HR Generalist / HR Operations experience.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of core HR processes.
  • Practical experience using AI tools and automation in HR or business processes.
  • Experience participating in or leading HR automation, HRIS, digitalization, or process improvement projects.
  • Able to identify repetitive HR tasks and translate them into automated workflows.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
  • Good Excel and reporting skills.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage both HR operations and improvement projects.

Preferred Technical Exposure:
Experience with any of the following would be an advantage:
  • ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or other Generative AI tools.
  • Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Power Apps.
  • SharePoint / Microsoft 365.
  • AI agents or AI workflow automation.
  • Low-code / no-code automation platforms.
  • HRIS platforms and integrations.
  • Automated recruitment or onboarding workflows.
  • HR dashboards and reporting automation.

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate actual AI or automation projects they have implemented, including the problem addressed, tools used, and measurable improvement achieved.
