We’re Hiring: Part-Time Helpdesk / IT Support (Remote)
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Helpdesk / IT Support who can start ASAP. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to take on tasks, solve technical issues quickly, and take initiative in improving day-to-day IT support for a fully remote team.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Assist users with cloud-based applications and remote access tools.
- Monitor and manage systems using RMM and IT management platforms.
- Support basic cybersecurity practices and help keep devices and accounts secure.
- Maintain IT asset records and assist in occasional on-site asset checks.
- Take initiative in handling tasks and suggesting improvements where needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in helpdesk, IT support, or remote troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of remote support applications, RMM tools, and cloud-based apps.
- Familiarity with IT management platforms and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Has initiative, is eager to learn, and willing to take on tasks proactively.
- Can work with minimal supervision and communicate clearly with users.
Work Setup:
- Part-time: 4-6 hours per day, 5 days per week.
- Fully remote.
- May be asked to do rare on-call support for urgent concerns.
- With occasional onsite visits for asset checking.
