We’re Hiring: IT Technical Support Specialist
Cloud Systems | AI Automation | Web Development

Addiction Foods is looking for a hands-on IT Technical Support Specialist who can resolve everyday IT issues, support cloud-based systems and build practical digital solutions.
This role combines user support with workflow automation, AI tools and web development to help our teams work more efficiently.

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide remote technical support for laptops, software, connectivity and user access.
  • Support cloud-based platforms, including Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, onboarding and offboarding access.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with vendors when needed.
  • Build and maintain internal websites, web applications and business tools.
  • Develop workflow automations using APIs, scripts and low-code platforms.
  • Apply AI tools to reduce repetitive work and improve business processes.
  • Test solutions, resolve bugs and maintain clear technical documentation.
  • Protect company information through secure access controls and sound data-handling practices.
  • Guide employees on using systems and digital tools effectively.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in IT technical support within a cloud-based environment.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, user access and troubleshooting.
  • Practical experience building workflow automations and using AI tools.
  • Web development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and a modern framework.
  • Familiarity with APIs, databases, authentication and application deployment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize requests and follow issues through to resolution.
  • Strong English communication skills.

An Advantage:
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Power Automate or Power Apps.
  • Experience with Python, PowerShell, React or Node.js.
  • Familiarity with Azure, cloud hosting and Git.
  • Experience supporting users across multiple countries and time zones.
  • A portfolio of working websites, internal tools or automation projects.
