KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executive Support:
- Manage the Marketing Director’s calendar, priorities, and scheduling.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing documents.
- Coordinate leadership meetings and track action items.
- Support internal communications and follow-ups across teams.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
Marketing Coordination (Core Focus):
- Act as the central point of coordination across Brand, Digital, and eCommerce teams.
- Maintain and manage the master marketing calendar across all channels and markets.
- Ensure alignment of campaigns, launches, and key initiatives across teams.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies between functions.
- Follow up on progress and proactively flag delays or risks.
- Project & Workflow Management.
- Track multiple marketing projects to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain project trackers, status reports, and dashboards.
- Support briefing processes between teams (e.g., Brand → Digital → eCommerce).
- Ensure consistency in processes, templates, and documentation.
- Improve workflow efficiency and coordination practices.
- Stakeholder & Communication Management.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure clear communication.
- Act as liaison between internal teams and external partners where needed.
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support escalation and issue resolution when bottlenecks arise.
Administrative & Operational Support:
- Assist with budget tracking and purchase orders.
- Support event and campaign logistics coordination.
- Organize documentation and maintain shared marketing resources.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–4 years' experience in coordination, project management, or executive support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello).
PREFERRED:
- Experience working in structured marketing teams (Brand / Digital / eCommerce).
- Familiarity with marketing workflows and campaign processes.
- Experience in FMCG or fast-paced environments.
