About the Role / 職位簡介:
Addiction Foods Taiwan is looking for a Marketing Manager who can help grow our brand in Taiwan through strong trade marketing, consumer campaigns, channel activation, and go-to-market execution.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into real market activities, working closely with sales and business partners, managing agencies and vendors, and using data to improve campaign results.

What You’ll Do / 主要工作內容: As our Marketing Manager, you will:
作為我們的行銷經理,您將負責:
  • Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with sales targets and channel strategy.
     規劃並執行符合業績目標及通路策略的通路行銷計畫。 
  • Lead consumer campaigns, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and always-on promotions.
     主導消費者行銷活動,包括新品上市、季節性活動及常態推廣。 
  • Design channel promotions, sampling activities, display programs, POSM materials, and trade activations.
     設計通路促銷、試吃試用、陳列展示、POSM 物料及通路活動。 
  • Work closely with Sales, E-commerce, Performance Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, agencies, vendors, and external partners.
     與業務、電商、成效行銷、產品、供應鏈、財務、代理商、供應商及外部合作夥伴密切合作。 
  • Lead go-to-market planning, including positioning, pricing recommendations, channel readiness, and marketing resource allocation.
     主導新品上市規劃,包括產品定位、定價建議、通路準備及行銷資源配置。 
  • Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, monitor campaign performance, and prepare performance reports.
     管理行銷預算、追蹤投資報酬率、監測活動成效並製作成效報告。 
  • Support trade shows, strategic partnerships, market expansion projects, KOL/influencer partnerships, and social community activities.
     支援展會、策略合作、市場拓展專案、KOL/網紅合作及社群活動。 

What We’re Looking For / 我們期待的人才: We are looking for someone with:
我們期待您具備:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
     大學以上學歷,行銷、企業管理、傳播或相關科系佳。 
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably with trade marketing and consumer marketing exposure.
     至少 5 年行銷相關經驗,具通路行銷及消費者行銷實務經驗者優先。 
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, pet, beauty, health, or related consumer industries.
     具快消品、零售、寵物、美妝、保健或相關消費品產業經驗者佳
  • Experience in agency/vendor management, cross-functional projects, budget control, and market expansion.
     具代理商/供應商管理、跨部門專案、預算控管及市場拓展經驗者佳。 
  •  Strong understanding of trade promotions, brand messaging, campaign execution, and go-to-market planning.
     熟悉通路促銷、品牌訊息、行銷活動執行及新品上市規劃。 
  • Good written and spoken Chinese and English skills.
     具良好中英文書寫及口語能力。
