Role Summary / 職務概要
Own and drive integrated marketing execution for Taiwan, combining trade marketing, social media, digital marketing, and KOL/KOC programs to improve brand visibility, conversion, and sell-through.
負責台灣市場整合行銷執行,結合通路行銷、社群與數位行銷及 KOL/KOC 合作,提升品牌能見度、轉換與銷售成效。
Key Responsibilities / 主要職責:
- Trade Marketing: promo calendar, retail activations, POSM, channel coordination.
通路行銷:促銷規劃、門市活動、陳列物料(POSM)、通路協調與落地執行 - Social/Digital: manage FB/LINE/IG content calendar and execution.
社群/數位:規劃並執行 Facebook/LINE/Instagram 內容與月度排程 - KOL/KOC: sourcing, briefing, deliverables, reporting and optimization.
KOL/KOC:尋找與管理合作夥伴、撰寫合作簡報、交付物控管、成效追蹤與優化 - Market analysis & optimization: competitor tracking, insights to actions, campaign review.
市場分析與優化:競品與市場動態追蹤、洞察轉化為行動方案、活動成效回顧
Job Requirements / 必備條件:
- 至少 5 年 FMCG 行銷經驗(尤以寵物產業加分;含通路行銷/數位行銷/整體行銷皆可)
- 具備 規劃能力 + 市場分析 + 落地執行 的完整經驗
- 能在高壓環境下工作並掌握多項時程
- 英文能力良好(口說與書寫)
- 熟悉 KOL/KOC 操作與平台:Facebook、LINE、Instagram.
