Addiction Foods 正在招募一位積極、以成果為導向的 業務專員（Sales Executive），負責拓展北台灣地區的業務。

此職位為實際外勤業務角色，主要負責開發新客戶、管理既有客戶、提升產品鋪貨率，並與零售通路及寵物產業合作夥伴建立良好且長期的合作關係。

主要職責

負責並提升 北台灣區域 的銷售業績。
定期拜訪 寵物店、零售通路、經銷商及其他客戶。
向客戶介紹及推廣產品、新品及銷售方案。
開發新客戶並擴大產品鋪貨及通路覆蓋率。
管理既有客戶、追蹤訂單並維持良好的客戶關係。
掌握競品動態、價格及市場機會。
達成公司所設定的銷售、通路及客戶成長目標。

必要條件

至少 2 年 FMCG 快速消費品或寵物食品產業之外勤業務經驗。
具實際 店家拜訪、產品銷售／介紹、業務開發及客戶管理 經驗。
熟悉北台灣市場。
能接受大部分工作時間在外拜訪客戶。
具良好的溝通、談判及客戶關係建立能力。
具業績導向，並能獨立完成工作。
必須持有有效汽車駕照。

We’re Hiring: Sales Executive – North Taiwan

Territory: North Taiwan
Employment Type: Full-Time | Field Sales

Addiction Foods is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to grow our business across North Taiwan.

This is a hands-on field sales role focused on developing new customers, managing existing accounts, increasing product distribution, and building strong relationships with retailers and pet industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow sales across the North Taiwan territory.
Conduct regular store visits to pet shops, retailers, distributors, and other customers.
Present and promote products, new launches, and sales programs.
Develop new customers and expand distribution coverage.
Manage existing accounts, follow up on orders, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales, distribution, and account growth targets.

Must-Haves:

At least 2 years of field sales experience in FMCG or the pet food industry.
Proven experience in store visits, product selling/presentation, business development, and account management.
Strong knowledge of the North Taiwan market.
Comfortable spending most of the working day in the field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Results-driven and able to work independently.
Valid driver’s license – required.
