Job Descriptions
We are looking for 2 Sales Executives to support Addiction Pet Foods’ direct go-to-market expansion in Philippines. The role is responsible for developing, servicing, and growing pet shop accounts across the Manila & Luzon, ensuring strong distribution, visibility, and sell-through of our premium pet nutrition portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively call on and service assigned pet shops across Manila & Luzon.
  • Drive sales growth through new outlet acquisition, repeat orders, and range expansion.
  • Execute in-store merchandising, promotions, and product launches.
  • Build strong relationships with pet shop owners and frontline staff.
  • Monitor stock levels, ensure healthy inventory and timely replenishment.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure consistent brand presence and compliance with company standards.
  • Prepare basic sales reports and updates as required.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in pet food, FMCG, or specialty retail.
  • Familiarity with Manila & Luzon pet shop and supermarket landscape is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with field sales.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively within Manila & Luzon.
