About the Job:
Help bring premium pet nutrition to more pet parents in Northern Taiwan.
We are looking for a driven Sales Executive – Pet Food to grow our presence across North Taiwan. This role will focus on developing distributors, retailers, pet shops, veterinary channels, and key accounts. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and confident in building strong customer relationships in a fast-growing pet food company.
What You’ll Do:
- Achieve sales targets and execute sales plans in your assigned territory.
- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, pet shops, veterinary accounts, and key customers.
- Support and execute regional sales promotions, events, roadshows, pet fairs, and in-store activities.
- Gather market and competitor insights, analyze trends, and recommend practical sales strategies.
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.
- Regularly reconcile customer accounts and assist with payment-related processes.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers.
- Work well with others and bring a positive, responsible, and solutions-focused attitude.
- Handle challenges and work effectively under pressure.
- Support weekend events, roadshows, or pet fairs when required.
- Take on other sales-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in pet food, FMCG, retail, or distributor sales.
- Strong adaptability, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Quick thinking and strong persuasive ability with customers.
- Highly responsible, results-driven, and comfortable working toward sales targets.
- Familiarity with the pet food industry is a plus.
- Existing distributor, pet shop, veterinary, or key account network in North Taiwan is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel within Northern Taiwan as required.

- 協助執行區域促銷活動、展售會、路演、寵物展及門市推廣活動。
- 蒐集並回報市場與競品資訊,分析趨勢並提出實用的銷售策略建議。
- 追蹤並管理應收帳款,確保貨款能依時收回。
- 定期與客戶對帳,協助處理相關款項與帳務事宜。
- 與內部團隊及客戶保持清楚、順暢的溝通。
- 具良好團隊合作精神,態度主動、正向、負責,並能提出解決方案。
- 能適應挑戰與壓力,具備解決問題的能力。
- 需配合假日參加活動、路演或寵物展等工作安排。
- 執行主管交辦之其他銷售相關工作。
任職資格:
- 大學以上學歷。
- 至少 2 年業務工作經驗,有寵物食品、快速消費品(FMCG)、零售或經銷通路銷售經驗尤佳。
- 具高度適應力、良好溝通能力及人際互動能力。
- 反應靈敏,具說服力與談判能力,能有效影響潛在客戶。
- 責任感強、目標導向,能在壓力下完成任務。
- 熟悉寵物食品產業者優先。
- 已有北台灣經銷商、寵物店、獸醫通路或重點客戶資源者更佳。
- 可配合北台灣區域內業務拜訪及出差安排。
