Urgent Hiring: Warehouse Officer-in-Charge (OIC)

Addiction Foods is urgently looking for a hands-on Warehouse OIC to oversee daily warehouse operations and work alongside one warehouseman.

What You’ll Do:

Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Organize daily priorities and supervise one warehouseman.
Participate directly in warehouse tasks.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
Monitor product batches, expiry dates, and stock rotation using First Expired, First Out (FEFO).
Check incoming and outgoing goods against supporting documents.
Coordinate deliveries and collections with transporters and internal teams.
Handle returns, damaged goods, and near-expiry stock.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
Improve daily workflows to reduce errors and delays.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 3 years of warehouse experience, including responsibility for daily operations or staff supervision.
A hands-on approach and willingness to work alongside the warehouseman.
Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse documentation.
Ability to use Excel and inventory systems. SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Experience in food, pet food, or FMCG warehousing is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and problem-solving skills.
